About
Built by a coordinator, for coordinators
The WBL Field Kit was built by Clay McElheny, Ed.S., a Georgia work-based learning coordinator with 18+ years in Georgia education. It is free to use for WBL coordinators and CTE teachers in every state.
How content is kept current
Every rule and number links to its original source on the Sources page. Content reflects sources available as of October 2026. State pages show whether a state office has reviewed them. Spot something out of date? Use the Feedback button or the “Report an error” link on any state page.
